Rurouni Kenshin

The fight between Kenshin and Sanosuke continues resulting in the victory of the first. Sanosuke realizes that Kenshin is different from the Ishin Shishi that destroyed his group, the Sekihotai and he becomes one of his friends. Soon both are hired to protect an ex-Ishin Shishi from a hitokiri called Udo Jin-e. Jin-e encounters Kenshin and after seeing how weak he is compared to the Bakumatsu period, he decides to kill him. The next day Kaoru worried about the what would Kenshin do, she goes to talk with him but she ends kidnapped by Jin-e who wants returns to Kenshin the ability to kill. Full of anger, Kenshin defeats Jin-e but before killing him Kaoru shouts him not to become in a murderer again and Jin-e decides to kill himself. A few time later, Sanosuke and Kenshin knock a group of guards of a industrialist called Takeda Kanryū, that were pursuing Takani Megumi, a woman who has opium in her hand.
